These terms cover your use of the S7 Darts website. By using it you agree to them. Questions: support@s7darts.co.uk.

The app

The S7 Darts app has its own terms of use, which you agree to when you make an account, and they cover playing, subscriptions and how we treat your information. This page is only about the website.

Watch Live

Watch Live shows matches whose players have chosen to let people watch: their names, the scores and, where they have one, their board camera. Please watch respectfully. You may not record, copy or republish players’ cameras or matches without their permission.

Using the website

Don’t try to break, overload or get round the security of the website or the app.
Don’t copy large parts of the website, or use it to collect information about players.
The S7 Darts name, logo and the website’s design are ours. Players’ names and pictures belong to them.

What we promise

We work hard to keep the website accurate and running, but it is provided as it is: scores and tournament details can be out of date for a moment, and pages can sometimes be unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits anything the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Links

Some pages link to other websites, such as a league’s own site. We aren’t responsible for what is on them.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
